Bollywood Dance As Cardio Exercise

 I've really been into fitness lately, so I strength train around 4-5 times a week. After a long day at work, I love getting into the zone at the gym and giving it my last push before winding down for the evening. But what I absolutely detest is the cardio! I dread being on the treadmill for a mere 10 minutes, much less the 20-25 minutes that my trainer recommends. A few months ago, I decided that I'm going to stop all cardio at the gym and get all my cardio outside of my 10k steps through dance. I mean - why not? I am moving the whole time for 60 minutes, my heart rate is up, I'm using my whole body, and the best part is - it's fun! I don't even notice that a whole 30 minutes went by vs counting down the seconds on the treadmill or stairmaster. Bollywood dance has (naturally) become my favorite cardio exercise.
